Destination Passau

Lungo l'Inn
Walk along the Inn
Wake up at 4 in the morning (early) because we have an aircraft departing from Orio al Serio at 20 past 6: with us, only two trolleys and the Tiziana's camera ... we use a low-cost flight of Ryanair.
We must underline this low-cost airline so much discussed: since works, I have the opportunity to travel in Europe with EUR2 (really)and I will never cease to be happy for its existence ! Take advantage while it lasts!
We arrived in Bratislava at half past seven, slightly earlier, this allows us to take a bus Blaguss that starts at 7.45 for Vienna. After about an hour and a half of travel, we arrive in Vienna, we must move to the Westbahnhof from where our train to Passau leaves, the ICE, very silent... In fact, I fall asleep, despite the disturbing presences...
When we arrived, we head to the pension Gabriel, that we booked in advance online. It is located on a hill in the suburbs, so we have to make a strenuous climb with ours trolley!!
After a nice refreshing shower... we make a visit to the beautiful German town, which owes much of its charm to being located at the confluence of three rivers and the meeting is very spectacular and impressive; but also for its past, marked by the Celts, Romans and Finally, the prince bishops who held power until 1803.
Very nice town center with its narrow streets, colorful houses, the Rathaus (town hall) and St. Stephan's Cathedral, where you can find the largest organ in the world (they say).
Having wandered around the country decide to eat in the pedestrian area in the center, seated at a table: we order Tomato Soup and a double Wiener Schnizel. Unfortunately it starts to rain and we have no umbrella, and once back in the room we see to be completely wet, especially Tiziana, since its k-way, it leaves much to be desired ... Tomorrow we will provide!

Abundant Breakfast

Hearty breakfast
The "Fruhstuck" : Hearty breakfast!
Wake up at 8 o'clock, just in time to wash my face and go down for our breakfast ... the Fruhstuck because that is called in German, so keep that in mind!
Breakfast is one of the best moments of the bicycle tour: butter and jam, nutella, fruit, cheese, salami, ham, eggs, fruit juice, yogurt, cereal ... In short, we don't miss anything. On the Danube is very easy to meet other cyclists who follow the path of the river, what better opportunity to make friends?
After finished preparing our luggage, we head towards the center to buy a new k-way for Tiziana, 'cause her rain jacket leaked from all sides! She also took the opportunity to try a typical dress of the place in a department store in the shopping street ...
Then we go to the station to pick up our bikes: small note of demerit ... bike rental unfortunatelyhas not proven very serious, we made the reservations a long time ago, specifying (as required on their site) types and sizes. When we arrive at the station, the boy tries to give us two bikes which don't correspond to the reservation ...
After a little discussion we manage to get the bike book. We will discover along the way that the lights were not fully functional,a wheel was punctured and the rear rim on both bikes were unscrewed... Next time we will be more careful and double check everything.
Then we jump in the saddle, we go back to the guesthouse where we load our luggage on the luggage rack with rubber bands (system widely experienced in the Netherlands) and got ready to leave, not before we made a nice picture before start!
